The North Sea can be a very dangerous place. You MUST meet the below requirements to be allowed on tour
💪-REQUIREMENTS-🏊
- You MUST be able to swim
- Have general fitness
- Be able to climb back on a kayak if it tips over
- Be comfortable in cold water
- Be less than 17 stone
👯🏻Multiple people in your group?👯🏻
- Paddlesports experience needed to be given your own kayak. It's possible without experience if you are very fit or are a good swimmer/surfer/paddleboarder/athlete
In calm conditions the kayaking is fairly easy, this changes quickly if there is swell or wind
